- you did not correctly filled the forms which were proposed to you.

Refused

Your payment has been refused for one of the following reasons:
- the information you provided us with are erroneous
- site is not related with the insurance/assurance industry,
- This small sphere is visible only by the customers who paid. A click on this yellow sphere enables you to visualize and print

Invoice

click on this yellow sphere enables you to visualize and print your last (pdf) invoice :
- proforma invoice if the payment has not yet.
