AssurWeb is published, by N5. N5 is a management consulting company.
When was Assurweb launched ?
Assurweb was created in 1995.
In April 97, the site listed more than 4500 sites (cf archive.org). The last version of the site has been
online since April 2004.
What is Assurweb ?
AssurWeb is, to our knowledge, the world largest insurance websites directory. Apparently it is also, the most popular.
This is probably due to :
- its multilingual features :
Assurweb is allready accessible in 8
languages. We will add as soon as possible Japanese, Turkish, Arabic, and Russian.
- the quality of the links :
Our links only concerns the insurance/assurance industry.
We periodically check the validity of the links. We remove dead links and doublons.
- the simplicity of the navigation
by country, actor’s category and keywords.
- our deontology :
we do not sell the personal data which
are entrusted to us.
- its anteriority :
as mentionned above Assurweb exists since
1995.
In a short future we will add new services such as : a carreer center, an insurance video directory,
an ASP Digital Asset Management System, …

Information which we publish is provided by :

How is the site's rank determined ?
The major rules are the following :

- Accurate and complete information is beeing rewarded,
- A random function prevents that business names
starting with an A, systematically appears on top.
